Musee Mecanique

I always insist that anyone visiting San Francisco visit the Musee Mecanique…  It’s an unbelievable collection of antique arcade games and mechanical amusements like “Laughing Sal” {which creeps me out, but I love it!} and fortune teller machines with the old lady behind the crystal ball.  It’s fun and interactive- you can actually play the games and it’s really like stepping back in time.  It used to be located at Ocean Beach, right underneath the Cliff House but in 2002 the collection had to be moved to Pier 45 where it is today.  Trust me, you will not be disappointed.
