Now that it’s November {can you believe it?!}, and with the weather feeling decidedly fall-like, I can’t seem to stop thinking about all things pumpkin. I dabbled in a bit of baking last week thanks to Trader Joes’ Pumpkin Bread & Muffin mix {easy and delicious!} and now I’m craving more!
