I finally attended a class at the Cheese School of SF, and it was worth the wait! I joined them for the Cremes and Bubblies class, which was just as delicious as it sounds. Led by instructor Kirstin Jackson – check out her blog It’s Not You, It’s Brie – we spent two hours tasting rich triple cremes and sipping sparking wine. I didn’t want it to end. Cheese School, you did not disappoint!
