Absinthe at the Bowery Hotel Lobby Bar

When we were in NYC last week, Angela and I met up with Cerise for a drink at the Bowery Hotel before dinner at Gemma. Wow- what a lobby! While it may not have the authenticity of the Chateau, it was certainly tres charmant.

    This looks just beautiful! Would you happen to know of a boutique hotel in downtown Chicago? My wife and I stay at many boutique hotels in SF near Union Square because of the accessibility to the cable cars, F line and BART and are looking to for something similar in Chicago (to go for our anniversary!).
