Pieces

I’m a sucker for websites that sell vintage trinkets and furniture. It’s like flea market shopping from home. The Atlanta based shop, Pieces, has an amazing website filled with antiques and contemporary pieces for the home. I especially love how bold glossy paints and punchy fabrics tranform these classic shapes.

I’m sorry

I feel like I’ve stood you up by not posting anything for the last two days! I’m so sorry- I’ve been super busy, but I’m back!

Also, wanted to let you know, we’ll have a new Ruby Press-ite posting… she’s our summer intern and her name is Janelle. She has a blog called Fashion Maganista, and that’s actually how we met. She came to our office to interview me (since before starting this PR agency I was a fashion editor), and I ended up interviewing her! This fall she heads off to study in London, at Central Saint Martins, no less!

The Pantsuit

I say bring it back! Don’t you love this powder blue pantsuit from 3.1 Philip Lim?

every piece of mail should look like this! Click the image to see it more clearly…

{From none other than the master, Bernard Maisner. More about him here.}

Jean Paul Gaultier Resort

I love the ease and color palette of Jean Paul Gaultier’s resort 09 collection…

Listen in style

I think I must have these Stiloso Rojo headphones- so much more stylish than the little ear pieces that come with the iPod!

{Buy them from Fred Flare}
