I will never tire…

of Luisa Beccaria’s ruffles! From Spring 09…

Deco Diamonds

I love vintage engagement rings. They remind me of my grandmother’s hands. The old European cuts in deco settings make me especially crazy!

Young love circa 1972

Blogger extraordinaire Joanna Goddard, who now also writes a relationship blog for Glamour magazine called Smitten, just did a post where she asked readers to send in photos of their parents when they were young and falling in love.  Mine made the first shot!  See all of them here

I seriously…

dream about cake and champagne. Seriously. (And it’s not that I deprive myself of either!)

{Make this cake- the recipe (and photo) are from Bake or Break.}

Blumarine Spring

Anna Molinari rarely disappoints…at least for me. Her acid watercolor-toned spring collection made my day.

Down to the toes

Oh, how I love the foot treatment at Prada. Seriously sexy shoes with sweet little cotton footies? (What in the world would one call those?)

L’Wren’s Girls

Don’t you want to be a L’Wren Scott girl- long, lean, with thick sexy, tousled hair and a chic but effortless wardrobe filling your closet?

Vintage Fashion Expo

I never miss this one- unless I’m out of town. If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and go bananas over vintage clothing and accessories, this is the place for you. The Vintage Fashion Expo takes place this weekend-September 20th and 21st-at the Nob Hill Masonic Center and boasts over 75 dealers. I’ll be searching for statement jewelry and vintage blazers…
