I kinda freaked out when I heard about this chic new budget hotel in NYC’s West Village…how great for when you want loads of style but don’t have the deep pockets that NYC boutique hotels usually call for!

This is the lounge area, but click here for rooms- which have a vintage maritime feel and seem to start at a mere $79!  {The catch- you have to share a hallway bathroom, but hey, the Europeans do it all the time and look how chic they are!}

    oh no! u had me until shared bathrooms! I was going to book it for a wedding next memorial day…:(

    but hotels are so cheap right now, my parents just booked a room at the palace for 200 a night!

    Awesome, I’ve been searching for a non-hostel reasonably-priced hotel in NY. Bingo!
