Gin and Blueberries

Gin and tonics are the summertime drink of choice around my house, so it was only natural that the star ingredient should make its way into our favorite summertime dessert. This recipe for Blueberries in Gin Syrup is perfect over vanilla ice cream on a hot summer night.

    This sounds just too interesting not to at least try it! The picture is very seductive as well. And at the very least, if I screw up the recipe, at least we have the makings for a “get over it” cocktail! Perfect! ;)
