    thanks Ruby Press, you never cease to amaze me. love-love your blog and your finds, which to me are like sweet introductions. i love aguas frescas especially in the summer time. fresa, melon, limonada are just some of my favorites, but the list keeps growing and growing. i’ve taken a quick look/read of matt’s bites and already love the guy and his sense of humor.

    Picante off of Gilman Street in Berkeley has the best. My husband and I had agua frescas as a beverage choice at our wedding. My favorite is Horchata.

    I made the thyme syrup for the strawberry-thyme recipe last night, and will blend up the berries when I get home from work today – Hello delicious!
