As you may come to learn by some of my future posts, I am a complete Francophile. I love all things French, but most of all I LOVE the desserts. Macaroons, crème brulée, canele de Bordeaux…c’est délicieux! So you can imagine how excited I was to come across the work of Susan Hochbaum. She sees the beautiful city of Paris like the delicious French pastries . For Susan, “in Paris, everything looks like dessert”. We couldn’t agree more!
