Threadflip

Cleaning out my closet is one of my favorite things – I love the feeling of looking at a neat and organized space with only the items that I really wear. I usually take what’s left over to Goodwill, but now I might be trying Threadflip. The relatively new site provides a platform specifically designed for reselling {and buying!} clothing and accessories. Post items yourself, or look into their White Glove Service, where Threadflip will photograph, list, and sell your items for you.

Sammy Silhouette

I’m borderline obsessed with this new silhouette pendant made for me by the sweet, talented, and quite hilarious Vicente Agor.  If you don’t recognize those chubby cheeks and wild, curly hair, it’s an exact replica of sweet little Sammy’s silhouette in 18k gold…and I think I’ll wear it forever.

{You can order one for yourself too- and it doesn’t have to be of your little guy or girl- it could be of your pet, hubby, whatever!  I chose a polished finish for mine.}

Michelle Armas

After living in my apartment for over two years, I decided it’s finally time to put something up on the walls. I’ve been searching for affordable art, and stumbled onto Michelle Armas’ amazing paintings and prints {which start at $35!}. Her work is beautiful and exactly what I’ve been looking for! {Plus, I just think she’s funny.} Check out her online shop and keep an eye out for her July print sale!

LASHING OUT

I did it! I got lash extensions! I have always wanted them and so when a friend of mine got them done and knew of a great deal, I finally did it! And I am so in love. I got the longest possible- of course- and couldn’t be happier. With a little summer tan, it’s all I need for July.

{If you’re in the SF Bay area, mention their promo and get a full set for $59 here!}

Cavalier

Last month, local interior designer extraordinaire Jay Jeffers and creative director Michael Purdy opened their doors at Cavalier.  This super-chic home decor shop which specializes in vintage, and limited edition pieces may be in San Francisco, but with their online shop, you don’t have to be a local to take a little Cavalier home with you.

Mela & Roam

I ‘met’ Courtney years ago through her blog Inside The Loop and I love her latest venture, Mela & Roam.  Her website- selling vintage kantha quilts, baby blankets and other beautiful finds- seems to be the result of too many trips to exotic bazaars and markets overseas and, quite simply, a great eye.  Keep an eye on this one if you’re a kantha-lover, as I am!
