My best friend gets married next month (!!!) and while scouring the web for her bridal shower, I came across Twigs & Honey. Aren’t these hair pieces gorgeous?? I’m totally obsessed!

Everyone in the office is OBSESSED with these statement rhinestone necklaces from Bayila Jewellery! I know it’s a bit early, but I’ve already added several to my Christmas wishlist- how can I will I ever go on without one?!

Of course, the ultimate treat is finding vintage French linens with your very own initials on them, but if you aren’t so lucky, why not have some made up? Instant family heirlooms available in mustard, cherry, black licorice, and chocolate.
I hope you all had a wonderful holiday! I apologize for the dead air space here on our blog- as our little guy grows up {he’s 15 months old now!} life seems to get even crazier! We closed the office for 11 days and enjoyed some down time at home- what a luxury! Christmas was wonderful, and two of my favorite gifts were from Fig + Yarrow. The Basil Cardamom Lip Balm is perfection and the Cardamom + Coffee Body Scrub decadent. On my ‘must try’ list for 2012: the Oral Hygiene Rinse {chic packaging, no??} and Winter Herbal Steam.
Happy New Year friends!

Now that it’s November {can you believe it?!}, and with the weather feeling decidedly fall-like, I can’t seem to stop thinking about all things pumpkin. I dabbled in a bit of baking last week thanks to Trader Joes’ Pumpkin Bread & Muffin mix {easy and delicious!} and now I’m craving more! This recipe for Pumpkin Buttermilk Scones on Etsy’s blog sounds and looks so delicious – I can’t wait to put my baking skills to the test. The perfect treat for a crisp, fall morning!

I think Toad Lillie just became my fall/winter inspiration to stay in shape this year! The little ruffles and bows are driving me crazy! Beautiful photography, 1930’s-50’s inspired designs and the fact that each piece is made to measure make this Etsy line one of my favorites! (And in case you were wondering, a toad lily is an exotic looking woodland flower- a flower designer Laurie Shapiro feels is as unforgettable as you in her lingerie!) Indeed!

These paintings are just so charming, aren’t they? {Ignore the watermarks, my friends!} The artist sells affordable prints of her paintings here in her Etsy shop.
This painting feels very ‘Ruby Press’ with the typewriter, no? And how sweet are these interiors??
Who says it’s not fun to dress little boys?? For the ladies I was chatting with last night {at our La Boutique event} about the adorable bowties I bought for Sammy on Etsy, here’s a photo of him in his green polka dot bowtie…
{Sorry, I couldn’t pick just one photo!}
P.S. Sam and I thought he looked an awful lot like a 1950′s soda jerk in his white shirt and bow tie, so we couldn’t resist a photo with a tiny hat! If you wanna see it, I posted it on on Twitter!
