Feast’s Spring/Summer issue takes us along the Southern Coast of Ireland, from Heir Island to Firehouse Bakery for rosemary and olive sourdough, Castlecomer to Rosemarie Durr Pottery for handmade soup pots and bowls, and Castlelyons to the Ballyvolane House for salmon fresh from the river. I love hearing about the people behind each step of the way and Feast captures the journey from farm to table so beautifully! Feast, when can I come to dinner??

Nesting Newbies

I just discovered a fantastic new digital shelter magazine and had to share. It’s called Nesting Newbies and is geared towards people “new to nesting and have no clue when it comes to cooking, entertaining, and decorating”–a great resource for those of us who have not quite mastered our way around the kitchen {I’m SO guilty!}. The affordable ideas for creative tabletops, cooking videos available on the website, and delicious food photography may just be the ticket to helping me overcome my fear of the kitchen!
